The licensor is NOVA AI CLOUD LTD, trading as avisaas, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17381937). Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
What you get
One licence lets you use the product on one website, on one domain. To use it on another website, you need another licence. You can move a licence to a new domain, one site at a time: ask support to move it.
Who can buy
Our products are sold to businesses, for business use. They are not sold to consumers. By buying, you confirm that you are buying for your business.
Subscription
- The first year is billed yearly.
- After the first year, you can stay on yearly billing or switch to monthly billing.
- If a renewal payment fails, the licence does not renew, and updates and support stop.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the renewal at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep the product until then, and we do not refund the unused part of that period.
Money-back
If you ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that first payment. To ask, open a support ticket within those 14 days. This applies to the first payment only. Renewal payments are not refundable. This does not limit any right that the law does not allow us to limit.
Support
Support is by ticket. We aim to answer within 2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, except UK bank holidays.
Prices and tax
Prices are shown without tax. We are not registered for VAT at the moment, so we do not charge VAT.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
