Wallet is a central loyalty issuer: it awards points the moment an order reaches the status you mark as completed, and keeps one account-based balance so a customer's Apple and Google Wallet pass always show the same number - never two competing balances.
Restaurant admins control the policy from their own settings: which order types earn points (delivery, pickup, dine-in, table order, POS, or all), whether tax and tips count, the euro-to-point conversion rate, and how long points stay valid before expiring. Extra points can be awarded for registration, leaving a review, submitting feedback, or a referral - for both the referrer and the friend. Opted-in passes update automatically when a new offer goes out.
